CONSULTATION POLICY

At Mariani Migration Consultants Pty Ltd we value your time as well as our time. We encourage you to review our Consultation Policy prior to booking a consultation.

TYPES OF CONSULTATIONS

Consultations can be conducted face to face at our Melbourne office, via video conference, telephone or via email. We strongly recommend undertaking your consultation in person where possible to achieve the best outcome.

CANCELLATION, RESCHUEDLING OR NO SHOW

If you need to reschedule your consultation appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.

Failure to show for, reschedule, or cancellation of your consultation less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in full forfeiture of payment. Mariani Migration uses Acuity and Stripe for scheduling and payment processing.

If you cancel a prepaid consultation prior to the 24-hour the cancellation period, the relevant Acuity and Stripe processing fees will be deducted from your refund. Please refer to their individual websites for more information regarding their fees.

EXCEEDING TIME ALLOCATION

We value punctuality to your appointment and expect the same from all clients.

If you arrive late to your consultation, you may receive a reduced time allocation with your Registered Migration Agent (RMA) to avoid impeding on other clients.
Should your consultation exceed the allocated time and require an extension by your consulting RMA, you will be billed accordingly.

TIME ZONE RESPONSIBILITY

Consultations are scheduled in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). It is the client’s responsibility to verify the corresponding time in their time zone and make adjustments as necessary.
