I got my 820 Visa granted in 3.5 months! Claudia has always been very helpful and avaiable for any question I asked regarding my visa which sometimes took more than 30 minutes, which she was willing to take to make sure I had everything clear. The reason for the 4 stars is that sometimes she had been late in sending some documents back to me, which wasn't great, yet I would definetly recommend her to others as she has always been very helful, respectful and meticulous with the visa details, and I am sure that she will keep getting better!
